ABOUT THIS ROLE:

BCM is recruiting Maintenance planner trainee who will be responsible for providing assistance to the planner to coordinate all plannable work on equipment. Planner is expected to oversee various tasks to successfully ensure that all plant equipment is in good working condition.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in producing daily fuel report

Compiling and tracking Pre-start sheet update.

Gathering daily machine hours for maintenance records

Filing maintenance report

Assist in scheduling machines for regular servicing.

Assist in producing maintenance records including machine availabilities

Assist in generating daily equipment status report.

Perform any related duty assigned by Supervisor

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Site based.
• Working hours is 6 days a week, 12hours per day, 06:00am to 06:00pm daily
• Overtime rate shall be applied accordingly for hours in excess of 40 hours per week 

TRAINING, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE CHECKLIST

• Relevant certification in Maintenance is preferred. MVTI or any equivalence certification.
• Tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions
• Proven proficiency in the use computer and MS office.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Works well under pressure and meet tights deadlines
