ABOUT THIS ROLE:
BCM is recruiting multi-skill operator who is trained with the required skills to operate and man two or more equipment in a mine, civil and construction site. Required to do multiple job tasks and could be deployed to multiple sections in response to operational demands. As a multi-skill operator you may assigned to any machine of competence.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

All employees are expected to work safely and comply with all health and safety procedures and as well ensure that they take very good care of themselves in respect of their health, safety and environment and to also ensure the safety of others who may be affected by their actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate two or more machines (Grader, Dozer, Excavator, Loader, Dump truck etc.) as and when required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the discharge of their duties
- Assist in the training of new hires and cross training other staff members
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Site based.
- Working hours is 6 days a week, 12hours per day, 06:00am to 06:00pm daily
- Overtime rate shall be applied accordingly for hours in excess of 40 hours per week
TRAINING, SKILLS & EXPERINCE CHECKLIST
- Basic Education certificate or any equivalent qualification
- Valid Driving/operating License
- An understanding of occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Proven experience in the use of two or more equipment.
- Minimum experience of at least 5 years in plant operation within the industry
